When I purchase a mascot, how do I tell what it will look like?
We will design and produce a full color image illustrating your mascot in front of your school for you to review before you order.
This service is at no charge to you. ALL sales are followed up with a precise color layout image for you to review and approve before any work is done. Your “proof” image is typically generated in three business days. We send these images via email, and a color copy can be mailed to you.
How long does it take to receive my mascot?
We want to make this as fast as possible, but remember that this is a custom work of art, and parts of the process cannot be rushed. From the time you approve your proof, production takes about 90 to 120 days. Some could be finished quicker, a few might take longer, but it depends on various factors such as which design is selected, current workload, etc.
If time is a concern, please let us know and we will make every attempt to oblige.
Can I order a plaque to commemorate a person?
Simply call us. We can supply a commemorative plaque for the base of your mascot.
I want something that I don’t see on your site – do you take custom orders?
YES! We are in all respects a full-service, custom sculpture studio and foundry. If the selections on this site don’t fit your needs, please call or email and tell us what you are looking for. How will I install my mascot?
We can assist you with installation, or you can have it set in place by a local contractor.
How do these hold up outside, and what can I do to maintain it?
The mascots are extremely durable. Years of use at theme parks, city parks, and around the world in some of the most severe conditions you can imagine,
have proven the durability. An occasional cleaning and occasional maintenance are all you need.
What about vandalism?
While nothing is vandal proof, our statues are extremely vandal resistant. Paint can be washed off with thinner without harming the statue.
What are my shipping options?
We ship by our own trucks or by common carrier. We offer full service and can quote you freight and a full turn key installation if you want.
